"A former employee filed a law suit against his former employer, Kings & Gail Manufacturing Inc., an exporter of US made prosthetics, for wrongful termination of his position as a product line manager on October 20th. His identity has not been disclosed due to his lawyer’s request to protect his client’s privacy from the media. The plaintiff, who wore the John McCain Halloween mask, claims that he was a victim of discrimination on the basis of his political support for the Republican Presidential Candidate John McCain. The Halloween mask was taken by the employer but later retrieved by the plaintiff with the help of his lawyer for evidence purposes."
